Celtech, 37 years of experience

Our design engineers work hands-on in the field. They regularly visit the installation sites to assist our fitters in machinery setup and commissioning. Additionally, they have first-hand knowledge and deep understanding of production environments and process interactions. That knowledge provides an excellent background for design engineering.

The same is true in regard to automation: We’ll offer a solution based on our experience and remain flexible to customer requirements so as to create simple but intuitive interfaces. An important part of this flexibility is a remote maintenance module that helps make the customer-service effort more complete.

We’re available for assistance 52 weeks every year, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Whenever necessary, we visit the customer’s site within mainland France, doing so with a guarantee of arrival within 48 hours. Technical support in foreign countries is provided by our agents for those territories.

The equipment we install is very solid and reliable, being designed for ease of maintenance and service. In 95% of failures, we troubleshoot on the phone and provide guidance for the maintenance services so that the equipment can be restarted as soon as possible.

We monitor our stocks for regular-wear parts and make sure they’re available at all times. However, we recommend that each customer keep an emergency pack of spare parts at the site. A list of such parts is provided upon request.
